Privacy Notice
This is an English translation provided for convenience. If the two versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.
This notice has been prepared by OLIVOV BİLİŞİM SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("OLIVOV" or the "Company") in its capacity as data controller, with regard to the olivov.com website and the contact form on it, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to Be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

- people who send us a request through the contact form on the site,
- people who contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Data processed on the websites and in the applications of the Dietoli, Psycoli, Doctoli, Smeoli, Creaoli and Teleoli products themselves is described in the privacy notice of the relevant product.

The visit statistics tool (Google Analytics 4) and the experience analytics tools (Microsoft Clarity, Yandex Metrica) are loaded only if you allow them in your cookie preferences; if you do not, this data is not processed and your use of the site is not restricted. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie Preferences link. No advertising tools are used on olivov.com. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

5. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected from you through the contact form on olivov.com, email, phone and WhatsApp, by partly or fully automated means, in writing or verbally. IP addresses and server logs are generated automatically when you visit the site. Usage and analytics data is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, only if you have allowed this in your cookie preferences.
6. Transfers of personal data
Within Türkiye: your personal data may be transferred to the data centre service provider that hosts the site and our email server ([EKLENECEK: sağlayıcının adı]), to our legal and financial advisers and, upon request, to legally authorised public authorities and institutions and judicial bodies, under the conditions set out in Article 8 of the KVKK and only to the extent necessary for the relevant purpose. The information you send through the contact form reaches the olivov@olivov.com mailbox by email via OLIVOV's own email server; it is not transferred to a third-party email service for this purpose.
Outside Türkiye:
- To Cloudflare, Inc. (United States of America), through Cloudflare Turnstile, for human verification on the contact form: IP address, browser information, TLS fingerprint and the site on which the verification takes place. Cloudflare uses this information to tell bots apart and to improve the accuracy of the tool; it does not use it to identify you, to build a profile or for advertising (Cloudflare Turnstile privacy addendum). The form itself and the information in it are not sent to Cloudflare.
- If you write to us on WhatsApp, your messages are transmitted through the infrastructure of Meta Platforms (WhatsApp).
- To the site's visit statistics and experience analytics tools, only with the explicit consent you give in your cookie preferences: Google (Google Ireland Ltd., Google LLC) for Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Corporation for Microsoft Clarity and Yandex LLC for Yandex Metrica. These providers' servers are located mainly in the United States of America and European Union countries for Google and Microsoft, and in the Russian Federation for Yandex. The data transferred is usage and analytics data together with IP address and browser information. If you withdraw your consent, these tools are not loaded; details are in the Cookie Policy.
Transfers abroad are carried out under the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK. Your personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
7. Retention period
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the periods laid down in the applicable legislation; when that period ends, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Requests received through the contact form that do not lead to a contract are deleted no later than 5 years after our last contact with you. Server access logs are kept for a limited period for information security. Your cookie preference is stored only in your browser, for 6 months; the cookie durations of the analytics tools are set out in the Cookie Policy. 8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and, if it is, request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred,
- request that the data be corrected if it is incomplete or has been processed inaccurately,
- request that the data be deleted or destroyed under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- request that the correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- object to an outcome against you that arises from the analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage as a result of unlawful processing.
9. Applications
You can submit your application concerning your rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by the following means:
- in writing: by a petition bearing your wet signature, sent to Fethiye Mh. Derya Sk. No:1/3, 16210 Nilüfer, Bursa, Türkiye,
- by email: olivov@olivov.com (from the email address registered in our system).
Your application must include your name and surname, your Turkish Republic identity number (for foreign nationals, your nationality and passport or identity number), your address for notifications, your email address and phone number if any, and the subject of your request. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board. If your application is rejected, if you find the response insufficient or if no response is given in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Board. You can use the Data Subject Application Form (in Turkish) for your application.
