This is an English translation provided for convenience. If the two versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the olivov.com website, which is operated by OLIVOV BİLİŞİM SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("OLIVOV" or the "Company"), the purposes for which they are used and how you can change your preferences. OLIVOV is the data controller for the personal data processed through cookies. General information on the processing of your personal data and on your rights is set out in the Privacy Notice.

2. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser. It allows the site to recognise you on your next visit, remember your preferences or measure how the site is used. The browser's local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage) areas can also be used for similar purposes; in this policy we refer to all of these together as "cookies".
3. Types of cookies we use
Necessary (always on). These are required for the site to work and to remember your cookie
preference, and cannot be switched off. On olivov.com only two entries are kept for this purpose: the
olivov-cerez entry in your browser's local storage (your choice and its date, 6 months) and the
ov-intro entry in session storage (remembers that the intro animation on the home page has been shown in
this tab; deleted when the tab is closed). These entries are not sent to our server.
When the contact form is about to come into view, Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded for human verification. Turnstile processes technical information such as IP address and browser information to protect the form from bots; it is not used for advertising or tracking. Because it is essential for security, it does not depend on your cookie preferences, and it is not loaded unless the contact form is about to come into view. Statistics (only with your consent). We measure the number of visits, the pages viewed and the time spent on them, and the page from which the site was reached. Tool: Google Analytics 4.
Experience analytics (only with your consent). Click maps and session recordings are created from clicks, scrolling and mouse movements on the page. Tools: Microsoft Clarity and Yandex Metrica (Webvisor and click map). Yandex Metrica also keeps visit statistics.

The tools of the types you allow also collect device and browser type, screen size and approximate location (city/country). The legal ground for these cookies is your explicit consent under Article 5/1 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). If you do not give your consent, the tools are not loaded, no requests are sent from your browser to Google, Microsoft or Yandex for this purpose, and your access to the site is not restricted in any way.

_ga, _ga_MPHTGCECGY, _clck, _clsk and cookies beginning with
_ym_ are written on the olivov.com domain by these tools' scripts. Cookies such as CLID,
MUID, yandexuid and yabs-sid, on the other hand, are written by the providers
on their own domains (e.g. clarity.ms, yandex.ru). Providers may change the names and durations of their cookies
from time to time; up-to-date information is set out in each provider's own privacy policy.
5. Transfers abroad
The data collected by the tools you allow is transferred to the providers' servers abroad: mainly in the United States of America and European Union countries for Google and Microsoft, and in the Russian Federation for Yandex. This transfer is based on the explicit consent you give in your cookie preferences (KVKK Art. 9). If you withdraw your consent, these tools are not loaded.
The technical data that Cloudflare Turnstile processes for verification goes to the servers of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA); this transfer is made for security purposes and under the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK. The form itself and the information in it are not sent to Cloudflare.
6. Managing your preferences
In the banner that appears when you first open the site, you can allow both types at once with Accept, or open the panel with Change Preferences. In the panel, you can switch the types on one by one with the toggles and press Save choices, or choose Accept all, Necessary only or Reject. Until you make a choice, the statistics and experience analytics tools are not loaded.
You can change your preference at any time through the Cookie Preferences link in the site footer
or the link below; the panel shows your current choices. When you switch off a type that you had switched on before,
the cookies of that type's tools on the olivov.com domain are deleted and the page reloads without those tools. The
site cannot delete cookies that providers write on their own domains (e.g. MUID,
yandexuid); you can delete these in your browser settings. You will be asked for your preference again
after 6 months or when the tools we use change.
You can also view and delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security; Safari: Settings → Privacy; Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security; Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions). If you block local storage or all cookies in your browser, your preference may not be saved and you may be asked again on every visit.
